Executive coaching and leadership
For managers, business owners and professionals who make important decisions, lead people and work under pressure.
Pressure isn’t only a sports problem. A negotiation, a difficult meeting, a decision that affects other people: clear thinking, managing your emotions and the way you communicate matter there too.
Who it’s for
Managers and executives
People who lead a team and want to improve the way they decide, delegate and communicate.
Business owners
People who carry the weight of decisions alone and need space to think them through clearly.
Professionals
People who work in demanding environments and want to handle stress, priorities and relationships better.
What we work on
We start from the real situations you face, not from abstract models.
Decisions under pressure
Recognizing how stress affects the way you decide, and staying clear-headed when it matters.
Situational leadership
Adapting your leadership style to the people and the moment: when to direct, when to support, when to delegate.
Communication
Getting your point across, really listening and handling difficult conversations, including through nonverbal communication.
Self-awareness
Knowing your reactions, patterns and resources, so you can choose how to respond instead of simply reacting.
How it works
Executive coaching is one-on-one, confidential work focused on concrete goals that you set. A coach doesn’t tell you what to do: the work helps you see the situation, your options and your own reactions more clearly.
The principle is the same as in work with athletes: performance depends on your preparation and on the state of mind you bring to it. State of mind can be trained.
Training
The work draws on these qualifications (official names, some in Italian):
- International Certification of Professional Coach (Sport, Life & Executive)
- Master in Leadership Situazionale
- Master in Comunicazione Non Verbale
- METT Advanced Expert Level (Paul Ekman Group)
- Licensed Trainer of NLP (Programmazione Neuro-Linguistica)
These are professional training qualifications: they describe the coach’s preparation and do not guarantee results.
What it isn’t
It isn’t business consulting: we don’t analyze financials, processes or business strategy, and no financial results are promised.
It isn’t psychotherapy and does not replace psychological or medical care.
