Life coaching and personal development

For people who want clarity about their goals and choices, to understand what holds them back and to change how they respond to what happens to them.

Sometimes it isn’t willpower that’s missing, it’s clarity: you know something needs to change and don’t know where to start, or you keep repeating the same patterns even though you see them. Life coaching helps you sort things out and take action.

Who it’s for

  • Times of change

A career decision, a new stage of life, a choice you’ve been putting off for a long time.

  • Personal goals

People who want to define what they really want and build a concrete path to get there.

  • Recurring patterns

People who recognize habits, beliefs or reactions that limit them and want to change them.

What we work on

Different themes, one shared goal: being able to choose again.

  • Goals and decisions

Clarifying what you want, what matters to you and which concrete steps you can take.

  • Limiting beliefs

Recognizing the beliefs that drive your choices and questioning the ones that hold you back.

  • Emotions

Recognizing your emotional state and learning to manage it in the situations that matter.

  • Relationships and communication

Communicating more clearly and assertively, and understanding the dynamics that keep repeating in your relationships.

How it works

Life coaching is one-on-one work focused on the present and the future: it starts from where you are and where you want to go. You set the goals; the coach helps you see them clearly and turn them into action.

The tools come from training in coaching, counseling and NLP, and they’re adapted to the person: there’s no one-size-fits-all program.

Training

The work draws on these qualifications (official names, some in Italian):

  • International Certification of Professional Coach (Sport, Life & Executive)
  • International Certification of Professional Counselor
  • Licensed Trainer of NLP (Programmazione Neuro-Linguistica)
  • Master in Formazione e Comunicazione Avanzata con la PNL

These are professional training qualifications: they describe the coach’s preparation, are not healthcare licenses and do not guarantee results.

What it isn’t

Life coaching isn’t psychotherapy: it doesn’t diagnose or treat psychological or medical conditions, and it does not replace care from a psychologist, psychotherapist or physician.

If you’re going through a period of serious distress, your first point of contact should be a healthcare professional.
